Refund policy

NEW RETURN POLICY Effective 3/1/2020 UPDATED 4/15/2020

All Sales are final in Clearance items. Wearable items have a 7-day, not used return policy.

All returns will incur a 3% processing and handling fee. We offer a 15-day return for new items in the same condition they were purchased with a 15% restocking fee. We have a 4-day return policy on used items returned in the same condition they were purchased.

Management reserves the right to refuse any return. Large orders purchased for resale are not returnable. All custom orders, including non-stock items such as Concept 2 are no returns.

For new products: In order to properly return the item, it must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, securely packaged inside its original packaging. All returns must be pre-approved. If the product was purchased as a used or event used item it must be returned in the condition it was when it left our warehouse.

If you have had an item past the return policy date the item may be available to return for store credit minus a 20% restocking fee or may be purchased back at a discounted rate by management. This is on a case-by-case basis, based on inventory need at that time.

For drop-shipped or shipped products: Please note when electing to return an item, actual round trip freight charges will be deducted from your refund. Round trip freight charges include actual outgoing as well as inbound shipping cost on promotional reduced or free shipping items.

We will only accept a return if you contact us within 15 days of delivery. We cannot accept equipment that has been assembled or used. It must be in new condition with no damage and in its original packaging, no exceptions. Wrap carefully. All returns must arrive at our warehouse in original condition; otherwise additional fees will apply and will be deducted from your credit including up to a 20% restocking fee and a 3% transaction fee.

If you are claiming damages in shipping you must note such damages with the actual shipping company. All shipping back to our center is your responsibility. You must arrange pick-up and delivery, as well as pay for the cost of that shipment, for any items to be returned. Please note that unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit shipping or handling charges. Clearance items, special and customer orders, or international shipments are not returnable. A custom order can include but is not limited to any changes to the item (fabric color or finish color, etc). Upon receipt of merchandise in good condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. Credits may take up to 7 business days after arrival.

Store Pick up Items *Updated 6/25/20

For store pick up we will hold your item(s) for 10 business days before it will be returned to inventory and refund your account minus our restocking fee. If you need more time to pick up your order please contact our office to make arrangements for pick up. (Note: extended holding times will result in storage fees.) We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have the space to store items for multiple weeks.

We have contactless pickup options at our dock for your convenience as well as delivery options for an additional fee.
